We have created internal governance and management processes to ensure that all decision-making is aligned with our values and mission and that we build a sustainable Project that can help millions of people around the world.

Founder of Inner Management Method

IMI´s founder is a professor specialised on Inner Management and holds a PHD in Economics by the University of Alcalá.

As the founder, her priorities for the institute are expanding its global reach, responding to the main challenges that are arising in the world at a political, economic and social level while helping the institute stays faithful to its mission and values.

Our governance system

IMI’s governance system is based on the principles of trust, respect and professionality. IMI is an independent, non-religious, nonpolitical organization that believes that the changes that need to happen in the world will come through the development individuals that are ready to reach a higher level of consciousness with the right tools and care.

The founder looks after the long-term vision and ensures alignment with the founding principles of truth, love, and peace.

The Executive Committee oversees together with the founder IMI´s strategy, budget and future appointments of senior faculty members and the members of the executive committee. This Committee is responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization including the institute’s strategic vision, the generation of research, the creation of academic programs, the delivery of Coaching, mentoring, and Auditing services and is responsible for their delivery.

The Supervisory Board was created to supervise the work of the Executive Committee and the founder in the development of strategy, the implementation of strategic plans and the analysis of major decisions for the institution, supporting the work of the founder.

In parallel, several committees advise the Executive Committee and the founder including several experts specialized in economics, politics, sustainability, environment and health. Some members participate in several committees, which ensures that consistent criteria are applied and that the ideas discussed reach management.
