How long does IMI keep my data?

The retention period of your personal data is determined by the duration of your relationship with IMI and by legal requirements. Specifically, we will keep your data until it is no longer necessary for the stated purpose, until you withdraw your consent or until the end of the period necessary to comply with a legal obligation that requires its continued conservation. In the case of personnel selection processes, we will keep your data for one year from the completion of the selection process or from the reception of your CV. When your relationship with IMI ends, we will delete your personal data once we have taken all necessary steps to terminate any obligation arising from that relationship.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, your data will be kept and properly blocked for as long as may be necessary to fulfil our contractual or pre-contractual relationship and to comply with other legal obligations for which IMI is responsible.

Therefore, IMI will adopt technical and organisational measures to prevent the processing of your data (including their visualisation), except in cases where it is necessary to make them available to judges and courts, public prosecutors or competent public administrations, in particular if they are data protection authorities, in cases of request for possible responsibilities deriving from the processing of the above-mentioned data, and only for the period of prescription of such responsibilities.

Similarly, if you wish to obtain more information about your rights regarding the protection of personal data, you can contact: Spanish Data Protection Agency Calle Jorge Juan, 6, 28001, Madrid (Spain) www.aepd.es
