IMI governance

At the IMI, we aim to be consistent with our values and live happy, fulfilling lives. At work, we also aim to achieve excellence in everything we do to make a positive impact on the world through education, research, coaching and mentoring. We have established internal governance and management processes to ensure that all decisions are aligned with our core values and mission, and that we are building a sustainable project that can help millions of people around the world.

The Founder of the Inner Management Method

The Founder of the IMI is a professor specialising in Inner Management and holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Alcalá.

As Founder, her priorities for the Institute are to expand its global reach and to respond to the main challenges facing the world at a political, economic and social level, while helping the Institute to remain true to its mission and values.

Our governance system

The IMI’s governance system is based on the principles of trust, respect and professionalism. The IMI is an independent, non-religious, non-political organisation that believes that the changes that need to happen in the world will come through the development of individuals who are willing to reach higher levels of consciousness with the right tools and care.

The founder oversees the long-term vision and ensures its alignment with the founding principles of Truth, Love, and Peace.

The Executive Committee, together with the Founder, oversees the IMI´s strategy, budget and future appointments of senior faculty and Executive Committee members. It is responsible for the day-to-day management of the organisation including the strategic vision of the Institute, the generation of research, the creation of academic programmes, the provision of Coaching, Mentoring, and Auditing services and is accountable for their delivery.

The Supervisory Board was established to oversee the work of the Executive Committee and the Founder in developing strategy, implementing strategic plans and analysing major decisions for the Institution, and to support the work of the Founder.

At the same time, a number of committees advise the Executive Committee and the Founder including experts in economics, politics, sustainability, environment and health. Some members sit on more than one committee, ensuring that consistent criteria are applied and that the ideas discussed reach senior management.
