Training Objective:

The goal of the initiative is to work with and train a select group of individuals who wish to enhance their professional skills and competencies, ultimately boosting their career trajectory and personal growth.

Training Purpose:

The mission of this employability program is to develop and train a group of individuals through an intensive training itinerary, group mentoring, and mutual support among members. The aim is for participants to discover their best professional selves. This dynamic itinerary serves as a collective personal growth plan, allowing authentic potential to flourish and personal growth to be achieved.

Overview of the Training Program:

This program can be replicated in other countries. The proposal is to create a system that can adapt to different environments and cultures, offering flexibility and adaptability. This will be achieved through techniques and resources from Applied Organizational Positive Psychology.

Resilience Module:

How to adapt in the face of life’s adversities.

Psychological Capital Module:

Exploring the four personal resources that combine to enhance human behavior.

Job Crafting Module:

Transforming your work into something meaningful and purposeful.

Personal Presentation Module:

Through group dynamics and personal presentation techniques, each participant will deliver an individual brief presentation to showcase themselves in a positive, confident, and optimal light.
